Currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for a Full-time position. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional experience to patients, customers and physicians.
Tasks and Responsibilities for Receptionist:
People and communication skills
Multitasking is a must
Punctuality is a must
Checking in/out patients
Answering phones
Knowledge of e-clinical, front office, and patient interactions a plus, but not necessary.
Collect patient copays
Qualifications:
1-2 years medical office insurance and/or registration experience, preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of insurance plans
Hours Monday-Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Friday 8 am - 12 pm
