Medical Receptionist for our Check out Position

We are an independent specialty practice looking for a medical receptionist to check patients out after their appointment. This requires multitasking and the ability to be compassionate with patients and their families. We offer the stability of a 25 year old business with the excitement of growth and flexibility. Other duties include faxing referrals, sending orders to medical equipment companies, building patient charts in the electronic medical record, answering phones and transferring calls to specific areas of the office, scanning and indexing, and most importantly - customer service. We are looking for someone with a friendly, dynamic personality. Past experience of working in a medical office is required. Attention to detail is a must.
