Job Description

Centerpoint Counseling Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our growing mental health practice in Rexburg. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of our office.

Position Highlights:
Full-time, long-term position
Monday–Friday daytime schedule (no weekends)
Most major holidays off
$15.00–$18.00/hour, depending on experience
Supportive team environment
In-person position in Rexburg, ID
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients and answering phones
Scheduling appointments and checking clients in/out
Verifying insurance and collecting payments
Maintaining accurate electronic health records
General administrative support
Ensuring HIPAA compliance and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous medical, dental, behavioral health, or professional office experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
