Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing provider’s daily schedules
Scheduling and verifying patient appointments
Check-in/Check- out patients
Answerings and triaging phone calls
Verifying Insurance
General administrative tasks
Qualification and Skills:
Customer Service -Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and providers
Confidentiality - Understanding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy at all times.

Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish speaking)
Education and Experience:
1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
EMR experience (eClincal Works experience is a PLUS!)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
