Caring for vision means caring for people. We provide surgical, medical, and routine eye care to our local communities. As a well-established, privately owned ophthalmology practice, we pride ourselves on exceptional patient care. Our close-knit team includes board-certified eye surgeons, optometrists, skilled technicians, and dedicated support staff. Here, every patient matters.
While experience in ophthalmology is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who aligns with our values and commitment to outstanding care.
This position will involve working between our Golden Valley and Plymouth locations.

You will greet and assist patients while maintaining professionalism and patient care priorities. Responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, handling calls, processing payments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. You'll also track diagnostic tests, communicate important information to patients, and support administrative tasks like ordering supplies and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
