Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
Position Overview
Our established medical practice is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized Medical Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, strong multitasking abilities, and a solid foundation in medical terminology to ensure efficient patient care and administrative workflow.

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Commitment: No evenings, no weekends

Key Responsibilities
Manage heavy multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.

Oversee patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.

Process and route medical fax transmissions and office emails.

Accurately handle prescription refill requests and distribute them to clinical staff.

Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a medical front desk or reception role (Required).

Knowledge: Proficient understanding of medical terminology (Required).

Attributes: Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and an articulate, patient-focused communication style.
