Position hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm. No phone call inquiries please.

We are looking for a Fun Energetic Front Desk Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy fast paced environments and have work experience in the medical field, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients upon arrival
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to include entry of demographics and medical insurance
Verify Insurance coverage and interpret benefits
Make phone and in person appointments
Inform patients about payment methods
Prior experience in the Medical Front Office setting preferred
Skills
Work experience as a front desk clerk, Receptionist or similar role in the Medical Office setting
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on patient interaction
Bilingual abilities preferred to enhance patient communication
Proficient in medical administrative support, including handling medical records and office tasks
Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
