Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator
The Maine Strong Balance Center is looking for a dedicated and friendly administrative professional to join our Westbrook team, thanks for your interest!
About the Role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing front desk operations, including greeting patients, collecting co-pays, and handling phone calls.
Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance authorizations.
Assisting with billing and administrative tasks.
Helping maintain clinic organization and general upkeep.
Assisting across company wide needs that arise - including coverage at other clinics
Providing aforementioned administrative responsibilities as part of a split location position, between our Scarborough and Saco locations
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, a willingness to be flexible, and excellent customer service. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar administrative role would set you up well for success in this position - but is not a requirement.

Primary Location: Westbrook - with flexibility to support other locations as needed
