Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

We are seeking an applicant with an upbeat personality and great customer service skills to fill our fulltime Float Medical Receptionist position with Crystal Lake Clinic. Coverage is needed for our Traverse City Clinic and other surrounding Clinic locations; mileage reimbursement is available.

Job requirements include: Great customer service, accurate typing and data entry skills, tech savvy, professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask, document scanning and filing, problem solving, and be a great team player. Knowledge of Medical Terminology, and Medical Insurance eligibility verification are beneficial, but will train the right applicant
