Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

We are Ashbrook Medical Family Practice, and we are looking for a bright, terminally cheerful front desk person. Someone who likes to set the tone for the office, with a smile and a compassionate attitude. An organized multitasker who thrives on the constant ringing of the phone and demands of the patients we are all called to serve. A person for which precision and accuracy are second nature. A hard worker who leads by example and wants to be a leading part of a vibrant team. Experience with multiple provider scheduling is a big positive. We are a small family practice medical clinic, with a philosophy of patient first, wellness, and preventative style of care. We love the small family atmosphere and look to find someone who understands that, the synergy of being us together, makes the difference for our patients and sets us apart from the status quo.

Skills: MS Office Suite, Multi-line phone, medical terminology, medical billing/insurance is a plus, ability to communicate effectively, supervisory experience and leadership a must.

Mon-Thurs 8-6
Fri 7-1
