Job Description
Busy Dermatology practice in Boca Raton seeks FULL TIME front office associate.
Searching for someone to join our work family ; we are a TEAM & we require team work. No one gets overworked.
responsibilities include :
-Ability to manage incoming calls & outgoing calls to schedule patient appointments, confirming patient appointments, enter patient demographics and greet patients at check in, as well as check patients out. Verifying medical insurance.
-Setting up patients charts (EMR/EHR/Superbill) for the days ahead confirming patient demographics & insurance
-Knowledge of insurance companies is a plus +++
-Previous Dermatology experience is a plus +++
- Helping assist questions patients have over the phone
-Assisting patients with insurance authorization's and referrals
Monday - Thursday 8 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Fridays 8 am - 12pm (only open for 4 hours)
