Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) – Redmond, OR
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who brings a calm, organized, and welcoming presence to our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create an outstanding experience by:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
Checking patients in and out and collecting payments
Supporting providers by keeping the clinic organized and running efficiently
Performing administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, filing, and inventory management
Maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment
Protecting patient confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance

Preferred Experience
Experience in a busy medical office is preferred. We also welcome applicants from other high-volume service environments where multitasking, organization, and customer service are essential, such as hospitals, dental offices, optical clinics, physical therapy practices, hospitality, or restaurants.
