About the Role:
We're looking for a bubbly, upbeat Audiology Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Happy Ears Hearing Center in Vistancia, AZ! If you're someone who loves helping others feel welcome and at ease, and you've got a knack for staying organized while keeping a positive attitude, this role is for you. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a fun, friendly, and compassionate environment, helping our patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk in or call. This position is based at our Vistancia office, with the opportunity to float to our two other nearby clinics (about 15–20 minutes away) as needed.

Whether you're at your home base in Vistancia or lending a hand at one of our sister clinics, you'll bring that same warm welcome wherever you go.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Greeting patients with a bright, friendly welcome that makes them feel instantly comfortable
Collaborating with audiologists, patients, and families to provide top-notch care
Creating personal goals for patients and cheering them on toward their progress
Maintaining patient information in our system with care and attention to detail
Handling patient intake forms and offering a little guidance with a smile if needed
Checking in hearing devices and ensuring they're ready and perfect for appointments
Managing schedules with a cheerful attitude to keep things running smoothly
Answering phones with enthusiasm to schedule appointments and assist current patients
Collecting payments and providing receipts with a friendly approach
Helping maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment (including stocking the coffee/snack station!)
Performing basic tech duties like hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and Bluetooth pairings
Floating to our other two clinic locations as needed to support coverage and keep every office running smoothly
Performing other miscellaneous office duties to keep the flow of the day positive and productive
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service or healthcare role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
Quick decision-making skills in fast-paced situations
An empathetic and caring demeanor – you truly want to make a difference in our patients' lives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between our clinic locations as needed
Bonus points for experience with hearing loss or working in an audiology setting
A passion for excellent customer care – you're always ready to treat every patient with respect, care, and a cheerful attitude!
