Job Description
Front Desk professional wanted for Full Time position in a dynamic pediatric sub-specialty practice in the Memorial City area. This is an excellent opportunity for an upbeat and dependable individual, who can work independently, multitask, and stay organized, to join a team of dedicated, driven, and fun professionals. Job Duties Include:
Greet patients
Check in - Check out patients
Update demographic information
Ensure paperwork and consents are up-to-date
Answer phones / schedule appointments
Insurance Verification online and by phone
Confirm patient appointments
Scan paperwork
Travel at least one day a week to work front desk at Sugar Land office
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Medical Insurance experience is a plus
Medical Scheduling experience a plus
Understanding of patient statements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
