Position Description:
We are seeking a high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.
Duties:
Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Patient Registration
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
Insurance verifications
Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
Payment processing along with financial counseling
Locations & Travel
Location(s): Greater Houston (Sugar Land, Pasadena, The Woodlands, Beaumont)
You will need to travel to ALL locations to receive full-time hours.
Travel to Beaumont 1-2 times per week required.
Other travel may be required for training purposes or to provide coverage, with all travel accommodations fully paid for by the company.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri
Saturdays and/or Sundays (Between 2-6 weekend days per month) required
8-10 hour shifts; starts as early as 6:30 AM (patient-dependent).
