Medical Receptionist

Liljenquist & Redd Orthopedic Surgery is a busy medical office looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist. Previous experience in the medical field and experience with electronic medical records is required. The position works directly with our patients and is the face of the office. We are looking for a professional individual who is positive and enjoys working with people. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Checking patients in for appointments

- Creating patient charts

- Making appointments

- Answering the phones

- Greeting patients

- Answering patient questions

- Collecting patient payments

- Etc.

This position requires an individual who portrays a positive disposition, a great team player, highly motivated, strong communication skills and reliable/punctual attendance. This position is crucial to the clinic and reliability is key. Our team members are expected to be courteous, helpful, friendly and professional at all times with patients and fellow co-workers.
