We are seeking an energetic individual to join our incredible team of professional, patient centered employees.

This position will be responsible for
Check-in, Check out and registration of patients
Heavy phone, fax and email patient calls and referrals
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, many of which will have driven extensively to seek treatment at our office.

Verifying all insurances, benefits and educate the patients on their insurance as needed
Collecting copayments, coinsurance, deductibles and balances at the time of service
Accurately explaining payment programs and systems including credit cards on file and payment plan options.

Managing all intake forms/ IPAD registrations and patient portal through EMR
Posting payments taken throughout the day
Providing daily accounting of all transactions- batching out monies against posted payments
Accurate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations
Interfacing with our off-site billing company regarding patient accounts
Required Experience
· 1+ years working as a medical receptionist
· Strong knowledge of insurance plans including co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles
· 1 + years working with an Electronic Medical Record
