Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. This role is responsible for accurate patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and providing excellent customer service in a busy clinical environment.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established scheduling protocols, and a team-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments accurately according to clinic guidelines
Manage incoming calls and route appropriately
Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally
Verify and update patient information
Follow established scheduling rules and workflows consistently
Communicate clearly with providers and clinical staff
Assist with same-day scheduling changes and cancellations
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions and standardized workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with scheduling systems or EHR preferred
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
