Job Description
We are private ophthalmology practice seeking an outgoing, friendly, self-motivated front desk customer service specialist to join our EyeCare family. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with our patients, whether it be in person or on the phone- gathering correct benefit information, prepping charts, scheduling appointments. Duties include: superb customer service, making and receiving phone calls, greeting and checking out patients out with a smile! Attention to detail is imperative! Experience in the medical field is a plus!
