Job Summary
Busy GI office seeking Front desk receptionist!
As the Front Desk Receptionist you will be the face of the Medical office. Greeting patients coming in for office visits with a smile and cheery demeanor, remaining professional at all times.
You will be responsible for checking the patient in for office visits, reviewing all demographic/ consent and financial forms with the patient, obtaining signatures, scanning into the patients chart, collecting any copay's due, referrals, phone calls, messages, emails and scheduling follow up appointments as needed.
You will maintain the flow of the daily schedule, informing all staff of any changes/cancellations.
Other duties as assigned by management
Must be reliable and stay on task and be professional and courteous to patients, staff and vendors at all times.
Pay is depending on experience
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
