Job Description
Love Aloha Eye Care is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Kona. If you enjoy helping people, love creating a welcoming environment, and believe that kindness matters, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:
Friendly and positive attitude
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable working with numbers and basic math
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable and punctual
One important part of this position is collecting payments and calculating patient copays. We will train you on our systems and procedures, but you should be comfortable with basic math and handling financial transactions accurately.
Office Hours:
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (half-day)
We love our schedule because it includes later hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only a half-day on Saturdays. Sunday and Monday off.
