Job Description
Pediatric clinic seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist. Candidate must have a professional demeanor, ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good communication skills and ability to relate to children is a must!
Prior experience with an EPIC EMR is preferred and experience as an administrative assistant is required with at least one year experience.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
patient registration
patient check in/out
answering telephone
making appointments
documenting patient messages
insurance verification
faxing
scanning
medical records releases
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under general supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus but not required. EOE.
