Job Description
Busy cardiology office seeks highly organized front office employee . Must be able to multi-task, answer multiple phone lines, and work independently.
Job duties consist of:
Pleasantly greet patients arriving for appointments
Check patients in and out
Schedule and confirm patient appointment(s)
Manage a multi line phone system
Collect patient financial responsibility (co-pay, deductible, co-insurance)
Prepare charts for upcoming appointments
Effectively communicate with physician, billing department, clinical staff
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong customer service experience
Work well under pressure
Pleasant phone personality
Independent and self-motivated
