Come join our team in our new modern up to date Medical office located in Trumbull Ct.
Looking for motivated, organized professional to work in a fast-paced
multi-provider medical specialty office.
Primary Duties:
Perform patient registration, front desk reception, discharge of patients and clerical duties.
Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Interact with patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrate a positive attitude to maximize productivity.
Obtain all necessary patient records as required or requested by practitioners.
Prepare and maintain patient charts in EMR.
Receive and process all incoming e-faxes.
Other duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties · Answering telephones · Scheduling Patient Appointments · Medical Insurance verifications · Insurance Prior Authorizations
Experience:
Experience: EMR systems – 1 Year preferred
Medical Terminology – 1 Year Preferred
Medical Office – 1 Year Preferred
License:
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) (Preferred) but not required
