Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be an English AND Spanish speaker.

Mon: 7:00AM-3:00PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
Tues: 7:00AM-3:00PM or 12:00PM-8:00PM
Wed: 7:00AM-3:00PM or 12:00PM-8:00PM
Thurs: 7:00AM-3:00PM or 12:00PM-8:00PM
Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
Sat: 7:00AM-2:00PM

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling appointments and collecting necessary information.
Verify insurance information and assist patients.
Provide medical administrative support by answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining professionalism at all times.
