Job Description
Family Practice office seeking a receptionist.
Candidate must have an outgoing personality, professionalism, be punctual and detail oriented.
We are a growing and busy practice that is in need of a candidate that is looking for a long-term position.
We have 2 locations in the Chicago area (Chicago and Oak Lawn). Applicant must be able to travel to both locations if needed.
To be considered for this position you must meet the following:
*Medical office/front desk experience preferred.
*Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask.
*Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication/phone skills.
*Calling and verifying insurance.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.
*Strong patient interaction and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
*Must work well under pressure.
*Must be able to work evening hours and weekends.
