Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

*Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Duties include (but not limited to):
Answering calls on a multi-line phone system
Welcoming clients to our practice
Professional decorum as the "face" and "voice" of our practice
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Regular monitoring of and prompt response to emails, text messages, and voice-mails
Pro-active communication
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving
Directing patient questions to the appropriate provider/assistant
Assisting patients with registering and helping them to complete necessary forms if needed
General understanding of procedures and treatments offered in our practice (will train)
Assisting clients with a selection of treatments and skincare (retail sales)
Inputting data into scheduling and CRM software
Assist surgical coordinator in scheduling surgical cases
Managing waiting room and main restroom keeping them clean and inviting throughout the day
Collecting payments, closing out POS, preparing cash deposits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
