Job Description
We are in need of a PERMANENT/FULL TIME Medical Receptionist. Candidate should be reliable, a team player, punctual, able to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced office environment while providing quality patient care.
Experience is preferred but will train the right person!
Duties include but are not limited to the following: General patient care, following orders/direction, greeting and scheduling patients, minor bookkeeping/copay's, scanning, faxing, dictation, answering and routing calls, patient registration, patient forms, electronic health records, insurance verification/insurance knowledge and keeping the flow of the office efficient and organized.
Full-time 8:30am - 5:00pm M-Thr., 8:30am-4:00pm on Fri. No weekends
Uniforms, Health/Dental Insurance & Long-Term Disability, provided after 90 days of employment. (at no cost to the employee)
Pay is $16.00 per hour
Holiday Pay - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
ESTA (Earned Sick Time) accrual begins after 90 days of employment.
Pension w/401k options available at 1 year of employment.
