Job Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Schedule, check in and out patients, verify vision insurance, answer phone calls, manages office supply inventory, needs to be able to multitask.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or HiSet
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with an afternoon off per week)
Experience
Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office.
Keyboard and computer experience
Medical terminology class required within one year of employment.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
