Our clinical team is seeking a full-time MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST for our Peds & Prenatal Clinic.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

Job Summary

Serves as first point of contact for patients entering the clinic. Provides front desk coverage and patient greeting. Responsibilities include, data entry, patient registration, cashier, form completion, phone triage to other professionals, filing, update electronic medical record and scanning.

Requirements:
High School diploma/GED (required)

Spanish (preferred )

EPIC: 1 year (preferred)

Excellent customer service skills required (1 year preferred)

Detail oriented (required)

Ability to multi-task

1 year clinical experience (preferred)
