Our podiatry practice is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our front office team and help keep our busy clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the face of our clinic—warmly welcoming patients and keeping the front office running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Patient check-in/check-out
Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Answering phones and assisting with patient questions
New patient intake
Scanning insurance cards and paperwork
Processing outgoing referrals
Handling Orthotic Benefit Quotes
Completing work notes and FMLA paperwork
Communicating with the back office to ensure smooth patient flow

Willingness to be cross-trained
Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required
