Medical Receptionist - RC Dermatology Ames

Are you passionate about providing patient service through quality and convenient care? Iowa Dermatology Clinic (IDC) and RC Dermatology Clinic (RCD) is looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team!

IDC/RCD is hiring a Medical Receptionist located at our Ames clinic.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet patients and check patients in/out for appointments
Handle incoming/outgoing patient communications (phone, e-mail, website)
Schedule patient appointments via phone/in person
Process patient payments
Assist with appointment reminder calls and insurance eligibility verification
Disseminate patient needs to Providers, Clinic, and other Administrative Staff
Other duties as assigned
