Job Description
Advance Pain Management is an interventional pain management center, located in Atlanta, GA 30331. As of 2025, we are a proud partner of WellStar's Clinical Partner Group.

Must be able to multitask.
*Medical Receptionist experience is required*
*Spanish speaking is a plus*
Check-in and gather co-pays from patients as they enter the facility.
Collect copays from patients from an already provided list.
Schedule new/existing patients for future appointments.
Answer the phone and direct calls as need be.
Input and update patient info as they wrap up their office visit.
Label incoming faxes so that staff members can handle them appropriately.
Verify insurance information and make sure that we accept the patient's insurance.
