Job Description
The N.W.O. Therapy department is searching for a dynamic and dedicated Front Receptionist to join their team.
Tasks include:
- New Patient Intake
- Established Patient Intake
- Verification of Schedules and Secondary Insurances
- Managing Kiosk
- Patient Check out
This position must employ critical thinking, confidentiality, troubleshooting techniques, immediate response to the needs of our patients (physicians, administration, or co-workers) and effective communication with co-workers, physicians, administration and patients.
