Job Description
Family Practice office in Traverse City is currently seeking a receptionist to join our Patient Centered Medical Home team. Duties and responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Payment processing
Data entry
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
Should be detail oriented and flexible, able to multi-task
Experience with eClinicalWorks a plus
This is a full-time position with the following benefits:
