We are looking for a Medical Receptionist who genuinely loves people, brings positive energy into the room, and takes pride in making others feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated.
This is more than a traditional receptionist position.
You will help create the warm, polished, luxury experience our patients expect from New U. You will often be the first smile they see, the first voice they hear, and one of the people who helps set the tone for their entire visit.

Your Role
As a member of our patient experience team, you will:
Welcome every patient with genuine warmth and professionalism
Create an exceptional first and last impression during every visit
Answer calls and patient questions in a friendly, helpful, and polished manner
Schedule appointments while helping patients find the services and times that best meet their needs
Manage provider schedules efficiently and thoughtfully
Coordinate patient arrivals and help maintain smooth patient flow
Communicate delays or changes proactively and professionally
Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance, and account information
Protect the confidentiality of patient and financial information
Work comfortably between multiple scheduling and charting systems
Help patients learn about skincare, aesthetics, wellness services, and other New U offerings when appropriate
Support teammates throughout the day and contribute wherever help is needed
Help keep the reception area beautiful, welcoming, organized, and reflective of the New U experience

Qualifications
We would especially love to meet candidates with experience in:
Medical reception or medical office administration
Aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness
Dental or orthodontic offices
Luxury hospitality
High-end retail
Customer service environments where exceptional experiences matter
Ideal candidates will have:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
A warm, positive, and professional personality
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Comfort learning technology and working between multiple computer systems
The ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous medical reception experience
Previous customer service experience
Bilingual English and Spanish

Pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience
