You'll work closely with our providers and leadership team while gaining hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, consultative sales, clinic operations, marketing, and client experience.

What You'll Do
Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional luxury experience from check-in through checkout
Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
Convert new leads into booked consultations through confident, professional communication
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records
Educate clients about treatments, memberships, skincare products, and promotions
Support providers and consultants with treatment and retail sales
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and organization
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and special projects
Help ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly
Travel between multiple Orange County clinic locations when needed
What We're Looking For

Comfortable discussing pricing and consultation fees
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Interested in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and luxury client service
QualificationsRequired
2+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
1+ year of administrative, office, or operations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple Orange County locations
Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
Preferred
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, wellness, or luxury retail environment
Experience with CRM, scheduling, or EMR software
Consultative sales experience
Mandarin speaking is a plus, but not required

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
