We are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and efficient aesthetician to work as a Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and learning new processes and technologies quickly. If you are an engaging, people-oriented professional with a desire to assist patients in an innovative, ever growing environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. After one year as a Pt Care Coordinator, we will begin planning and training for a transition to the role of Skin Care Specialist and Laser Technician.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in all patients in a warm and friendly manner
Operate multiple phone lines/transfer calls
Obtain all necessary documents and file them accordingly
Schedule patients
Opening and closing duties
General receptionist / front desk duties
We are hiring 2 positions and the hours are Mon-Thurs 9-6 and Friday-Saturday 8-3. These are full time positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
