Long Island Dental Excellence is a growing private dental practice in Rockville Centre, NY seeking an exceptional Front Desk Team Member / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
✔ Answering phones and scheduling appointments
✔ Verifying insurance and coordinating treatment scheduling
✔ Helping keep the day running smoothly for both patients and the clinical team
✔ Being an essential part of delivering a five-star patient experience
You'll work directly with the owner dentist in a collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed and your contributions are genuinely valued.

Office Hours
Monday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM–8:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM–8:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays (never on holiday weekends): 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
(First patient is scheduled 30 minutes after staff arrives)
YOUR Schedule
Monday–Thursday with alternating, half-day Saturdays (never holiday weekends). Most of your schedule will consist of daytime hours, with just one early morning (Tuesday) or one late evening per week. Opening and closing responsibilities are shared among the front desk team, and once established, schedules are consistent from week to week, making it easy to plan your life outside of work accordingly.
