Napoli Orthodontics is a boutique, board certified orthodontic practice dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles through exceptional patient care. Our philosophy extends beyond straight teeth. We focus on airway health, proper oral function, facial development, breathing, tongue posture, and lifelong wellness.

We are seeking a passionate Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist to join our growing team in a part time hybrid position.

This position includes one day per week providing therapy in our Stuart, Florida office, with the remainder of patient visits conducted virtually through telehealth. This is an excellent opportunity to help build and expand a comprehensive myofunctional therapy program within an established orthodontic practice committed to collaborative, airway focused care.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive orofacial myofunctional evaluations
Identify oral habits, tongue ties, tongue thrust, low tongue posture, mouth breathing, improper swallowing patterns, and other orofacial myofunctional disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients
Provide one day per week of in office therapy
Conduct virtual therapy sessions through telehealth
Collaborate closely with our board certified orthodontist and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
Educate patients and families on proper tongue posture, nasal breathing, swallowing, chewing, oral habits, and home exercises
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment progress notes
Help educate our team and contribute to the continued growth of our airway and myofunctional therapy program
Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following professional licenses:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Physical Therapist (PT)
Dentist or Dental Specialist
Other licensed healthcare professional eligible to practice orofacial myofunctional therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy certification program such as IAOM, AOMT, or an equivalent organization
Experience providing myofunctional therapy to children and adults
Comfortable with telehealth and virtual patient care
Strong communication and motivational coaching skills
Interest or experience in airway orthodontics, airway dentistry, sleep disordered breathing, tethered oral tissues, and interdisciplinary care
Self motivated with excellent organizational skills

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation is production based, with payment structured as a percentage of production or collections. This model allows you to directly benefit from the growth and success of the myofunctional therapy program while maintaining schedule flexibility.
