Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified NDAEB Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a thorough understanding of dental procedures and office operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where patient comfort and quality care are prioritized. The Dental Assistant will support the dental team in providing exceptional dental services while ensuring efficient practice operations.

Duties
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry.

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all dental equipment is functioning properly.

Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary.

Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring patient comfort throughout visits.

Support front desk duties as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Assist with administrative tasks related to medical terminology documentation and insurance processing.

Qualifications
NDAEB Certification as a Dental Assistant is required.

Proven experience with dental assisting procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics is preferred.

Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix, Epic, and familiarity with CAD systems is highly desirable.

Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $26.00-$33.00 per hour
