Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as a Non Certified Chairside Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance patient care and the overall dental experience. Duties
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures by handing instruments and supplies efficiently and accurately
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for patient care
Maintain patient comfort by providing reassurance, explaining procedures, and managing patient flow smoothly
Keep detailed records of treatments performed, materials used, and patient interactions to ensure compliance and quality care
Collaborate with team members to uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
Prior experience in chairside dental assisting or related healthcare support roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and appointment management
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion
Enthusiasm for learning new skills related to chairside dental assisting
