Job Summary
Summary : AFC Urgent Care is looking for part and full time mid levels (both PAs & NPs) to staff a brand new, state of the art urgent care center in:
Beverly
Swampscott
North Andover
Methuen
Haverhill
We are looking for ER and FP specialization- our mid-levels have to treat patients of all ages.
Our ideal candidate has all the qualifications listed below, but that's only part of it. The most important part: you treat our patients with the respect, love and care that you'd treat a member of your own family.
Everyone walking through our doors is there because they're sick and need help. We're here to send them home with a smile. If we can't do that, we've failed. Successful candidates for this position will never need to be told this twice.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description:
Competitive salary for full & part-time mid-levels. No night coverage or on-call required.
Benefit package for full-time physicians to include paid time off, medical, dental, 401(k) and annual CME allowance. Malpractice insurance is provided for all clinical providers
Qualifications and Skills
PA/NP –Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/NP program, in Emergency or Family Practice
Appropriate Massachusetts licensure as well as Board certification
Maintain current BLS/ACLS certification
2-4+ years of clinical patient care experience in a hospital / LTAC setting, highly desirable. New graduates with critical care experience are also welcome to apply!
Strong critical care or ER experience highly desirable
Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required
