Thank you for looking at the open position for the office administrator/ dental front desk receptionist to join our team.
Your primary duty will be assisting patients at the front desk with appointments, treatment coordination and answering questions they may have regarding their care.
This position will be a full time position
Zalatan Dental Modern Dentist is a private dental office in Utica, NY looking for a team member to assist in everyday care for our patients. We strive to provide high quality care in a comfortable setting.
No experience required but dental experience is preferred! We are looking for a team member with a good attitude, friendly personality and excellent work ethic to add to our wonderful team.
Job duties include: Greeting & Seating Patients, Making Appointments, Answering Phone Calls, Treatment Coordination, Insurance Claims, Working with the team and more!
Our office is open Monday-Thursday 7-5pm
