Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Operate multi-line phone systems to efficiently manage incoming calls.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain filing systems for easy access to documents and records.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.
Utilize EMR for daily activities
Support office management functions, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Experience in clerical roles or as a personal assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is advantageous.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on phone etiquette and client relations.
