Job Description
Therapy Playground is seeking a full-time Office Assistant. Full benefits package offered. Hourly rate in line with experience. Typical work hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm. The position will be based at our Cain Road clinic location but may float to other offices depending on our needs. Previous applicants will not be considered for this position.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, confirming appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, data entry, communicating with referral sources, verifying insurance benefits, and most importantly treating our patients with respect and kindness. Applicant should possess the following qualities:
Self-starter
Excellent phone skills
Strong typing skills
Strong grammar skills
Flexibility
Problem solver
Quick learner
Basic knowledge of medical insurance billing
Ability to work well under pressure and always with a smile
Strong computer skills
Keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal skills
Team player
Driver's License and proof of car insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
