Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with a focus on vendor management, human resources, and team management. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient office atmosphere while supervising staff and managing payroll processes. Experience in Dental office or denture clinic reception are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Greeting Patients and Handling Insurance
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Coordinate payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.

Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Experience
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role in Dental office/Denture Clinic is highly preferred.

Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience in vendor management and negotiation is a plus.

Proficient in office software applications and tools.
