Job Description
Family-owned, Private Optometry practice looking for new front desk team member to help with check out. Knowledge of medical and vision insurance beneficial to aid in the checking out of patients.
About our office:
private optometric practice located in North Dallas, close to Addison

close-knit team of 9 (+ 4 doctors) who work well together and value providing exceptional customer service & care to our patients, as well as enjoyable coworkers to spend your day with
We are looking for someone who:
is reliable and dependable to show up to work and is on time
loves to smile and works well with coworkers and patients
is available to work full time (M, W, Th 9-6; T 10-7; F 9-5)
Knowledge of medical insurance beneficial (copays, deductibles, and what to collect from a patient needed). We have a full-time insurance specialist who does billing, however, we are now looking for a check-out specialist with billing knowledge or background to support her. Having experience with the EMR software, Officemate, is an additional bonus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
