We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Remote Patient Care Coordinator to become an important part of our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love staying organized, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and efficient.

Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Respond to patient text messages and emails
Verify vision and medical insurance benefits and print quote sheets
Enter and update patient information accurately
Communicate with providers and office staff regarding patient needs
Assist with recalls, reminders, and outbound calls
Help maintain an organized schedule for multiple providers
Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, positive, and patient personality
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfortable learning new technology and software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member
High attention to detail
Professional phone etiquette
Preferred Qualifications
Previous medical, dental, or optometry office experience preferred
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
Insurance verification experience is a plus
Customer service or call center experience is welcomed
Requirements
Dedicated home office free from distractions
High-speed internet
Desktop with headset. Dual monitors will be helpful.

Ability to work scheduled business hours without interruptions
