What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in improving patients' overall health and confidence by:
Performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive services
Assessing oral health conditions and documenting clinical findings
Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care strategies
Collaborating with providers to support comprehensive treatment planning
Utilizing modern technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes
Building long-term relationships that encourage patient retention and trust
Qualifications
We're seeking a professional who:
Maintains an active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license
Demonstrates strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Enjoys educating and connecting with patients
Communicates effectively with both patients and team members
Thrives in a collaborative environment
Brings a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
Compensation & Benefits
$43-$52 per hour
